1. Returns & exchanges
- Unused, sealed products in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days with the original GST invoice.
- Opened oils/lubricants, used parts and electrical items cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Defective or wrong products
If you receive a defective or wrong item, bring it back with the invoice within 7 days. We will replace it or refund you, subject to inspection and the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are made by the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
